How to Use the iPhone and iPad App Library – Guide
iOS 14 introduces the App Library, a new way to organize apps and keep your Home screen from becoming cluttered. Apps are automatically sorted into categories for easy access, and users can opt to have newly downloaded apps go directly to the Library instead of appearing on their Home screen.
Use the App Library to find your apps
Swipe left on your Home Screen to access the App Library, where apps are automatically sorted into categories. Your most frequently used apps will be reordered based on usage. You can also choose where new apps are downloaded when you install them.

Visit the App Library to access a variety of applications.
Search for the app you need by tapping the search field.
Users can access the app by tapping it.
Delete an app from the app library
The App Library offers a searchable list of apps - simply tap the search field to access it.
To delete an app, press and hold its icon, then tap the trash can.
Tap the Delete button a second time to confirm your action.
If parental controls are preventing you from deleting an app not made by Apple, disable them and try again.
