How to Use Sticky Notes on iOS, Android, and Mac – Guide

Microsoft has made it easier for Windows 10 users to stay organized with the release of Sticky Notes 3.0, which now supports cloud sync. This allows users to access their notes and to-do lists across multiple Windows 10 devices, making it simpler than ever to stay on top of tasks.

Many Windows 10 PC users own multiple devices, including Macs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Unfortunately, they have been unable to access their Sticky Notes data from these other devices - until now. Microsoft has finally made it possible for users to sync their Sticky Notes across all of their devices, allowing them to easily access important notes and to-do lists no matter which device they’re using.

No matter what device you use, you can now access Sticky Notes. The app allows users to create, edit and delete notes on Macs, iPhones, Androids and iPads.

Use sticky notes on Mac

From Outlook App

Apple’s Stickies app provides a simple, efficient way to take notes on macOS. However, it lacks synchronization and is only available on Macs, leaving users without access to their notes on other platforms. Enter sticky notes: an alternative that offers cross-platform compatibility and more features.

Microsoft’s Outlook app now allows Mac users to access Sticky Notes, with just a few simple steps.

To get Outlook Email on your Mac, head to the Mac App Store and download the app.

Sign in to Outlook Mail using your Microsoft account details.

Once logged in, users should navigate to the bottom menu bar.

View your email, contacts, calendar, tasks and notes in Step 4.

Tap the notes icon to open the sticky notes menu in the app.

To create a new note, go to File> New Note or use the keyboard shortcut ‘Command + N’. Give it a title and content, then press ‘Command + S’ to save. Notes can be viewed and organized by date.

Use Outlook Web

Microsoft has significantly upgraded Outlook on the web, allowing users to access a range of services – including Mail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts and Skype – in one convenient location.

Use sticky notes on iPhone

Users of the iPhone cannot access Sticky Notes through Outlook, as they can on desktop. Instead, the company has integrated Sticky Notes with OneNote for mobile.

To access OneNote, users can download the app from the App Store.

Sign in with a Microsoft account to sync your notebooks.

At the bottom of the page, users will find a Notes section.

Click on the item to view all its associated sticky notes.

Users can create, customize and format notes to their liking with a range of editing options.

Get sticky notes on Android

Android users can access sticky notes through Microsoft Launcher. To do so, they must first download the app from the Google Play Store, then open it and select “Sticky Notes” from the menu. Once selected, users can create and manage their notes.

Get the Microsoft Launcher app: Download it from the Play Store.

To make the launcher your default on Android, go to device settings.

Swipe left in Microsoft Launcher and log in with your Microsoft account details.
