If you want to recover deleted text messages from your iPhone, you must have Messaging enabled in your iCloud backups. Then, follow the steps to restore them from an iCloud backup.
Access your Apple ID profile by navigating to Settings on your device.
Apple users can recover deleted text messages by accessing iCloud, managing storage, and selecting the backup made prior to the date of deletion.
Ensure your message backup is visible and contains information by scrolling down.
To restore deleted messages, restart your iPhone and ensure you have a backup file containing the content.
Erase all content and settings from your iPhone by navigating to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
