Tap the compose button to create a new message in the Mail app.

Ensure the flashing cursor is in the desired position before inserting your design.
Press and hold the screen for a few seconds to activate.
Tap the arrow next to the last option of Select, Select All, Paste and Quote Level to reveal more options.
Tap the arrow once more.
