How To Add Audio and Video Files on iWork Keynote Presentations – Guide

You can customize your song’s playback with the Inspector panel: adjust start and end points, and choose whether it will repeat or not.
Adding video to your main presentation
The media browser simplifies the process of adding videos to Keynote presentations, making it a breeze.
To access a variety of fonts for movie files on your Mac, open the media browser and select the Movies tab.
Adding video to your presentation is easy: just drag the file onto any slide and adjust the size and position. You can also use the QuickTime section of the Inspector to customize playback length.
Double-clicking a video file in your Keynote presentation allows you to view it at any time during the creation process.
